Refund Policy

During the beta period, LinkProof is free of charge. The following policy applies to any paid plans introduced in the future. If you were accidentally charged during the beta, we will issue a full refund without questions.

1. Refund eligibility

Payments made for a paid plan are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge, provided the account has not been used for production workloads beyond initial setup and onboarding.

2. How to request a refund

Contact us through the information provided in your deployment documentation or the console support channel. Include your account identifier and the transaction reference you received by email.

3. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Non-refundable items

Setup fees, custom integration work billed separately, and charges older than 14 days are not eligible for a refund unless required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.

6. Self-hosted deployments

Self-hosted deployments are free. There is nothing to refund for self-hosted usage. If you paid for a hosted plan and switch to self-hosting, the standard 14-day refund window applies to the last charge.

7. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country.
