LinkProof provides a hosted or self-hosted platform for creating trackable web proposals, campaign links, analytics, and booking flows for commercial teams.
You own the data you create and the data collected on your behalf (proposal views, booking details, responses). You are responsible for using that data lawfully in your jurisdiction, including compliance with applicable data protection laws.
You may not use LinkProof to send spam, deceive recipients, conduct phishing, or violate applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts in clear violation without prior notice.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee any specific uptime SLA. During the beta phase, the service may change, be interrupted, or have features added or removed without prior notice.
LinkProof and its underlying software are the property of their respective owners. Your content (proposals, links, branding assets) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to host and serve that content on your behalf.
LinkProof is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the service.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Significant changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance when feasible. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
